What does a typical project cost?
Discovery phases start around €15k. Full builds typically land between €60k and €250k depending on scope. We price the first phase precisely and the rest honestly: a range, with the assumptions written down.
How fast can you start?
We keep our project load deliberately small. Discovery can usually start within two to three weeks; full builds depend on the current roadmap, which we’ll tell you upfront.
Do you work with our existing team?
Preferably. The best outcomes happen when your engineers are involved from the start, because they’re the ones who’ll own the system. We structure every engagement around that handover.
What stack do you build on?
TypeScript and Python for most application work; PostgreSQL by default; cloud infrastructure as code on AWS or GCP. But we choose per project, and we’ll happily work in your existing stack if it’s sound.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes, and it’s some of our favorite work. We start with a paid code and architecture review so both sides know exactly what we’re inheriting before committing to more.
Do you build AI features or full AI products?
Both, with the same rule: it ships with evaluation and monitoring or it doesn’t ship. We’re happy to talk you out of AI where a simpler system would serve you better.
